Refund Policy

Honest and straightforward—our refund terms explained for your peace of mind.

At Redefine Body Contouring, we are committed to providing high-quality, non-invasive body treatments designed to help you feel your best. Due to the nature of our services and scheduling commitments, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Treatment Services

  • All treatment payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, including those part of a treatment package.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your results or experience, we encourage you to speak to a team member immediately so we can address your concerns and find a solution.

2. Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Packages must be used within the time period specified at the time of purchase.

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

4. Products (If applicable)

  • Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened skincare or body products.

  • Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition and accompanied by a receipt.

5. Booking Errors or Technical Issues

  • If you experience a booking error or accidental overcharge, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review and resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made after this window, or failure to attend, may result in the full session fee being charged or a session being deducted from your package.
