At Redefine Body Contouring, we are committed to providing high-quality, non-invasive body treatments designed to help you feel your best. Due to the nature of our services and scheduling commitments, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Treatment Services

All treatment payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, including those part of a treatment package.

If you are unsatisfied with your results or experience, we encourage you to speak to a team member immediately so we can address your concerns and find a solution.

2. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in forfeiture of the session.

Packages must be used within the time period specified at the time of purchase.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

4. Products (If applicable)

Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened skincare or body products.

Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition and accompanied by a receipt.

5. Booking Errors or Technical Issues

If you experience a booking error or accidental overcharge, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review and resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made after this window, or failure to attend, may result in the full session fee being charged or a session being deducted from your package.
