A clear and respectful agreement to support your treatment journey.

​These Terms & Conditions explain the agreement between you and Redefine Body Contouring when you book and receive treatments with us. By scheduling an appointment, completing a consultation form or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. About Our Services

​

Redefine Body Contouring provides non-invasive aesthetic body contouring treatments designed to support confidence and enhance your natural shape. Our treatments are not medical procedures, are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you have any doubts about whether our services are suitable for you, we recommend consulting your GP or healthcare professional before booking.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

​

• All clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.

• By booking with us, you confirm that you are legally able to provide informed consent.

• We may request proof of age and reserve the right to decline treatment if this cannot be verified.

3. Booking Your Appointment & Payments​

​

Every transformation begins with an appointment. Bookings can be made through our website or approved communication channels.

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

• We currently accept major debit and credit cards, Redefine gift cards and cash (where applicable).

Details around cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows are set out in our separate Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

4. Consultations & Suitability

​

Your consultation is the foundation of your treatment plan.

​

• Within 48 hours of booking (where applicable), you may be asked to complete an online or in-person consultation form.

• This form allows us to understand your goals, assess suitability and ensure treatments are safe and appropriate for you.

• Your booking is not fully confirmed until we have received and, where required, reviewed your consultation details.

If, based on the information you provide, we believe a treatment is not medically or safely suitable for you, we may:

• Decline the treatment,

• Recommend an alternative approach, or

• Suggest postponing until a later date (for example, after pregnancy or following advice from your doctor).

Your wellbeing always comes first.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Client

​

To help us deliver safe and effective treatments, you agree to:

​

• Provide complete and honest information about your health, medical history, medications and any relevant conditions.

• Inform us if you are, or may be, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have conditions such as pacemakers, metal implants, cancer (past or present) or any other contraindications.

• Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare guidance provided by us.

• Inform us promptly of any changes in your health between sessions.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your results and, in some cases, your safety. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects that arise from information you choose not to share.

6. Our Right to Decline or Discontinue Treatment

​

Your health and safety are our priority. We reserve the right to:

​

• Decline or postpone treatment if we believe it may not be safe, suitable or in your best interests.

• Stop a treatment session if we feel it is unsafe to continue, or if you appear unwell or uncomfortable.

• Decline treatment where abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour is displayed.

​

These decisions will always be made with your wellbeing in mind.

7. Treatment Packages

​

Our treatment packages are designed as complete transformation journeys. Unless otherwise stated:

​

• Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the named client.

• Packages are non-refundable, even if partially unused.

• Sessions within a package must usually be for the same treatment area and cannot be mixed across different treatments unless expressly agreed in writing.

Specific rules and details for each package (e.g., Rose Gold, Diamond, Platinum) will be displayed at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

8. Results, Expectations & Your Transformation Journey

​

Every body is unique, and so are the results.

​

• Factors such as body composition, age, lifestyle, hydration, diet and activity levels all influence how your body responds to treatments.

• We use professional equipment and carefully considered protocols, but results cannot be guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

• Some clients may see changes quickly; others may require multiple sessions over time to see gradual improvements.

​

By choosing our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are entering a journey, not a one-time “quick fix”.

• Your own commitment to aftercare, lifestyle and follow-up sessions forms an important part of your overall outcome.

• No verbal or written statements made by our team should be interpreted as a promise of specific, fixed or permanent results.

9. Health, Safety & Liability

​

While we take every care to provide a safe, comfortable experience:

​

• All treatments are carried out at your own discretion and with your informed consent.

• You understand that, as with any aesthetic or wellness treatment, there may be inherent risks and considerations, including temporary redness, bruising, sensitivity or other reactions.

• By proceeding with treatment, you agree not to hold Redefine Body Contouring or its practitioners liable for adverse effects where all reasonable care, protocols and safety measures have been followed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law.

10. Gift Cards

​

Gift cards are a beautiful way to share the Redefine experience. In summary:

• Gift cards can be redeemed against eligible services at Redefine Body Contouring.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may not be replaceable.

11. Loyalty & Referral Programs (Elevate & Refer & Elevate)

​

From time to time, we may offer loyalty or referral programs such as Elevate or Refer & Elevate.

​

• These programs are optional and may award credits, rewards or offers for qualifying activities.

• Credits and rewards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

• Specific rules, validity periods and earning/redemption criteria will be explained in the relevant loyalty or referral terms at the time.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any loyalty or referral program at our discretion.

12. Photography & Media Consent

​

We may take before-and-after photographs of your treatment areas to track progress and support your journey. These can be helpful for both you and your practitioner when reviewing results over time.

• Progress photos for internal use only may be taken and stored securely as part of your treatment record.

• Separate marketing consent is always optional. If you choose to consent (for example, by ticking a box), your images may be used for marketing, educational and promotional purposes on our website, social media or printed materials.

• Declining marketing consent will not affect your ability to receive treatment.

• You may withdraw marketing consent at any time for future use of your images. Please note that content already published may not always be fully retrievable.

13. Our Digital Content & Intellectual Property

​

All content on our website and digital platforms — including branding, logos, images, text, graphics and media — is owned by or licensed to Redefine Body Contouring.

​

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

• Website information is provided for general guidance and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies or legal obligations.

• Any updates will be posted on our website.

• The version available at the time you book an appointment will apply to that booking.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so you remain informed.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, completing a consultation form or attending a treatment at Redefine Body Contouring, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

• You are 18 or over and able to provide informed consent;

• You agree to follow our guidance and policies as part of your treatment journey.
