Booking Your Experience

Every transformation begins with a single appointment. Book yours through our website or approved channels — we're here to make the process seamless.

Securing Your Session

To reserve your spot, we require an upfront payment when you book. Think of it as your first step toward the new you. The remaining balance is due on your treatment day, and we happily accept major debit and credit cards, Redefine gift cards, and cash.

Life Happens — We Understand

Sometimes plans change, and that's perfectly okay. We simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This courtesy helps us offer your spot to another member of our community eagerly awaiting their own transformation.

Please Note: Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your session or incurring a fee, as your upfront payment becomes non-refundable. No-shows are subject to the full treatment cost — we believe your time is valuable, and so is ours.

If We're Not the Right Fit

Should we determine that our treatments aren't medically suitable for you, we'll provide a full refund and may suggest alternative options or reschedule when appropriate. Your wellbeing always comes first.

You acknowledge that you're receiving treatments at your own discretion. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you understand there are inherent considerations with any body contouring treatment and agree not to hold our team or Redefine Body Contouring liable for any adverse reactions.

Treatment Packages — Your Transformation Investment

Understanding Our Packages

Our carefully curated packages offer significant savings while ensuring optimal results. Each package is designed as a complete transformation journey, not just individual sessions.

Validity Period: All packages remain valid for 12 months from purchase date. After this time, unused sessions expire without refund or extension.

Non-Transferable: Your package is personal to you and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
Non-Refundable: Once purchased, packages cannot be refunded, even if unused. This applies to all package types including Rose Gold, Diamond, and Platinum tiers.
Treatment Consistency: You cannot mix treatments within a package. For example, a Rose Gold package cannot combine Thigh Trim and Elegant Arms sessions — all sessions must be the same treatment.
Advance Booking: Package sessions require advance booking and are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling all sessions at time of purchase.
Missed Sessions: Package sessions that are not cancelled with 24 hours' notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Package prices and promotions are subject to change. Your package is locked in at the price paid, regardless of future price changes.

Gift Cards — Sharing the Gift of Confidence

Our gift cards are exclusively for Redefine services and can't be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Time to Enjoy

Gift cards remain valid for 24 months from purchase — plenty of time to plan the perfect treatment experience.

Booking Your Gift

All gift card appointments require advance booking (subject to availability) and your unique gift card code.

Treating Them Like Treasure

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Please safeguard them like cash — we can't replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Earning Confidence Credits

Every eligible service earns you Confidence Credits, automatically added to your account. The credits you earn may vary by service and promotion.

Redeeming Your Rewards

Transform your credits into discounts on future treatments or exclusive offers. Credits hold value only within our program and can't be exchanged for cash.

Credit Lifespan: Your Confidence Credits remain active for 12 months from the date they're issued — expired credits cannot be reinstated.

Spreading Confidence

We believe confidence is contagious. If you're 18 or older and have experienced Redefine firsthand, you're invited to share that feeling with friends.

How It Works

Send friends our way using a referral form or your unique link. They must be completely new to Redefine — someone who's never experienced our treatments before.

Your Reward

Once your friend completes and pays for their first qualifying treatment, you'll earn a reward — perhaps service credit, exclusive discounts, or special gifts.
