Appointment & Payments Policy
Clear and respectful guidelines to protect your time and ours.
Your appointment is an exclusive time reserved just for you. We create our schedule carefully to ensure every client receives the attention, privacy and care they deserve. This policy is designed to keep bookings fair for everyone and to respect the time and commitments of both clients and practitioners.

1. Refunds for Treatment Services​

All treatment payments are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds on completed sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a package.

If there is ever anything you are unhappy with, please speak to us during your appointment we are always committed to resolving concerns with care.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits acknowledge the time we reserve exclusively for you and cannot be returned under any circumstance where the appointment does not go ahead as planned.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time are considered a late cancellation.

Because life can be unpredictable, we handle late-notice changes case by case rather than automatically charging every client:

In most cases, the deposit will be retained, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Where the schedule, demand and circumstances allow, we may offer a one-off exception this is at our discretion and should not be expected or assumed.
This approach allows us to protect our time while still offering compassion when appropriate.

4. No-Show Appointments
A no-show is when a client does not attend their appointment and does not contact us beforehand.

No-shows result in the deposit being retained, and in some cases the full treatment fee may be charged.

Rebooking after a no-show will require a new deposit.

5. Late Arrivals
We understand delays happen and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Because every client deserves their full time:

If you arrive late, we may continue the session for the remaining time available, with the full session fee still payable.

If we cannot complete the service safely or effectively due to the delay, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and classed as a late cancellation.
Decisions are made case by case based on fairness, safety and the schedule of the day.

6. If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
​
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to practitioner illness, equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

You will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund of any payments or deposits already made.
We will never charge late cancellation or no-show fees if we are the ones who need to adjust the appointment.

7. Treatment Packages

Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A session is forfeited if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show.

Packages must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.

Package prices and promotions may change however, once purchased, your package is fixed at the price you paid.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase.

They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and should be cared for like cash.

A valid gift card code must be provided when booking.

9. Booking Errors or Technical Issues
If a booking or payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

10. Agreement to This Policy
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit or attending a treatment at Redefine Body Contouring, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
We appreciate your understanding these guidelines allow us to honour your time as much as we honour ours.
