We’re honored to guide you through the weeks ahead, making sure you feel supported, cared for and confident at every stage. This isn’t just aftercare… it’s part of your transformation.​

The First 48 Hours — Setting the Foundation

Your body is already beginning its sculpting process. These small steps make a big difference:

 

• Hydrate well — 2–3 litres of water; lemon or cucumber if you like.

• Light movement only — gentle walks or stretching.

• Eat fresh and light — avoid heavy or greasy meals.

• No alcohol — save the champagne for later.

• Skip intense workouts — rest is part of renewal.

• Warm shower or sauna — sweating supports detox.

• Comfort first — soft loungewear and relaxation.

Your Transformation Timeline

Days 1-3

The magic begins immediately. You'll likely notice initial improvements in how your clothes fit and how you feel. Keep hydrating beautifully as your body responds to the treatment - embrace these first exciting changes.

First Week

Further improvements continue as your body naturally detoxes and reshapes. You're feeling lighter, more confident, and seeing real changes. This is the ideal time to book your next session to build on these beautiful results.

Weeks 2-5

Your improvements are beautifully noticeable and it's time to maximize your results. This is when you'll have your weekly sessions - building momentum and enhancing your transformation. After week 5, we'll give your body a well-deserved break to fully detox and reset.

Weeks 6 Onwards

Fully refreshed with noticeable changes to celebrate! You can now book sessions once per week. While we offer 6-session packages, you're welcome to have as many treatments as you desire. Simply remember to take a restorative break after every 4 sessions, allowing your body to recover and maximize results.
