Booking Information

Booking your appointment is simple — choose a service and time through our website or approved channels.​

To secure your appointment:

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

• The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment

• We accept major debit & credit cards, Redefine gift cards and cash (where applicable)

Every session is an exclusive time reserved just for you.

Consultations & What to Expect

Within 48 hours of booking, you may receive a consultation form so we can understand:

• Your goals

• Treatment areas of focus

• Medical suitability

• Your comfort preferences

Your appointment is fully confirmed once your consultation has been reviewed.

This step ensures your treatment plan is safe and personalised.​

Before You Book — Safety & Eligibility

Your wellbeing always comes first. While our treatments are non-invasive and suitable for most adults, some medical conditions mean treatment may not be safe or appropriate right now.

Pre-Treatment Guidance

Preparing your body helps support the best outcome, ensuring every step of your treatment continues working for you long after you leave the studio.

Before your session:

• Stay well-hydrated

• Avoid heavy alcohol the day before

• Eat normally — do not fast

• Avoid tanning or harsh treatments on the area

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing

If your health changes between booking and treatment, please let us know.

Aftercare — Supporting Your Results

Your transformation doesn’t end when your session does — the hours and days afterward are where your body continues the magic. We’ll send you your personalised aftercare guidance by email after your appointment, but you can revisit it anytime on our dedicated page: View the Aftercare page

How it works:

• Refer someone who has never visited Redefine before

• When they complete their first paid treatment

There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

Gift Cards

The perfect treat for someone who deserves confidence and care — because feeling good shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions.

• Valid for 24 months from purchase

• Redeemable against eligible Redefine services

• Not exchangeable for cash

• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable

To book using a gift card, simply provide your gift card code.
