Gift Card Policy

Our digital gift cards are designed to make gifting simple, meaningful and stress-free. This policy explains how our gift cards work so both givers and recipients can enjoy a smooth experience from purchase to redemption.

Purchasing Gift Cards

• Redefine gift cards are available online only

• Gift cards are issued digitally via email with a unique code

• Gift cards can be purchased in varying monetary values

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase

 

Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Redeeming a Gift Card

​

• Gift cards can be used toward any Redefine Body Contouring service, including discounted treatments, promotions and special offers

• To redeem, provide your unique gift card code at the time of booking or during payment

• The value of your gift card will be deducted from your treatment total

 

If the treatment cost is higher than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be payable by debit/credit card or cash (where applicable).

Expiry & Validity

 

• Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue

• Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited

• Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded

Remaining Balance

 

• If the total is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use

• Balances cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person

​

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash.

• Redefine is not responsible for lost, stolen or deleted gift cards

• Reissue is not guaranteed, though we may attempt to assist where proof of purchase is available

Refunds

 

• Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable

• Once issued, gift cards cannot be exchanged, reversed or returned for cash

​

Gifting to Someone Else

You are welcome to purchase a gift card for another person.

 

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient meets treatment suitability requirements

• All clients are subject to our Treatment Suitability & Safety criteria and consultation process

Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you confirm that you have read and understood this Gift Card Policy and agree to its terms.
